Famous Naughty Nuri’s Warung & Grill opening in Desa Sri Hartamas

Desa Sri Hartamas is going to play host to a little slice of authentic Bali flavour come December … or should we say, a big heaping rack of it.

Naughty Nuri’s Warung & Grill, the famed (non-halal) steakhouse that has become a landmark on the Indonesian resort island, will be opening its doors and firing up its BBQ pit by year’s end.

F&B consultant Peter Khor, who owns the Naughty Nuri’s trademark license in Malaysia, told The Malay Mail Online‘s  Lee Khang Yi that Naughty Nuri’s first KL branch will be situated at Jalan 24/70A, opposite Bricks & Barrels.

Naughty Nuri’s is world-renowned for its signature pork ribs, with a distinctive secret sauce that The Wall Street Journal has described as both sweet and peppery.

Globetrotting celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain also has a soft spot for Naughty Nuri’s martinis, which he called “the best in the world”.

Khor added that in addition to the Desa Sri Hartamas outlet, Naughty Nuri’s is also signed on to open in the new TREC lifestyle and entertainment hub along Jalan Tun Razak, which will form part of the larger Tun Razak Exchange project, by the end of 2015.
