A doctor in Johor Bahru is in trouble after allegedly taking a photo of herself with a patient in labour.
The photo — in which the woman’s private parts were clearly visible — has since gone viral on social media, escalating to the point where the Johor Health Department has now begun investigations into the matter.
According to The Star Online, authorities have already identified the doctor involved — a medical officer in her 20s who is reportedly ‘known for taking selfies while at work in the operation theatre’.
“We have already identified the doctor and the hospital concerned. Investigation are underway and we will decide on the next course of action,” Johor Health and Environment committee chairman Datuk Ayub Rahmat told the portal.
