Eat Cake Today bakes you a cake and sends it to your door in four hours

There might even be an app for that soon.

Eat Cake Today is an online service that promises to bake you a cake of your choice and have it delivered to your door in as little as four hours, and we can’t think of a reason why this idea will not succeed, because people in KL want to eat constantly.

The official website currently lists only six different cakes to choose from – three 4-Hour Cakes, and another three Next-Day Cakes, ranging in price from RM85 to RM115 each – but its Cake News section shows promise that the operators will be partnering with various indie bakeries to build up its menu.

Cakemeisters from around the Klang Valley who have been featured on Eat Cake Today are, among others, popular Publika sweet treat stop Ben’s Bake Shop, homemade bakery The Accidental Bakers, and cake kiosk Le Trianon.

Now all we need is an online service that will send a personal trainer to our doorsteps in two hours or less to work off those extra pounds, and we’ll be all set.
