But will he be back? Arnold Schwarzenegger to speak at KL conference in October

Hollywood action legend and former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger will be among the invited speakers of an international forum to be held in Kuala Lumpur in October.

The Global Transformation Forum, which aims to promote dialogue on ideas, insights and best practices to implement institutional transformation, will be held for the first time in the KL Convention Centre from October 21 to 23.

Joining The Governator on the podium will be Olympic track gold medallist Carl Lewis, Starbucks co-founder Zev Siegl, former Singaporean prime minister Goh Chok Tong, and AirAsia group CEO Tony Fernandes.

Also speaking at the forum will be Prime Minister Najib Razak and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Abdul Wahid Omar, formerly the CEO of Maybank.

The GTF is expecting a turnout of 3,000 delegates, who will discuss the logistics of enacting change to create a positive impact, in line with the forum’s theme of “Operationalising Transformation”.

The GTF is being organised by Big Fast Results Institute Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Pemandu Corporation, with the cooperation of the United Nations Development Programme.
